A fundamental skill Silver Lining Events brings to our clients is organization.  We understand that planning any special occasion, while juggling a full-time job, family and other responsibilities is daunting.  We take the burden of logistics away from you and handle every aspect for planning from meeting with caterers to alphabetizing place cards.  Every wedding, anniversary, birthday or corporate meeting is different – different needs, themes, size, and budget.  Whether it’s dedicating a new building, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary, or making your child’s birthday special, Silver Lining Events will strive to work within your budget to create a party without breaking the bank.

Platinum Setting (Entire Wedding)
$4,500-$7,000

~ Meet with couple to define your wedding theme, needs and vision
~ Unlimited email and phone communication
~ Assist in preparing budget
~ Accompany couple on vendor visits
~ Finalize and confirm all details of the wedding with vendors
~ Prepare wedding day floor plans for ceremony and reception
~ Inspect site to ensure ability to accommodate all wedding logistics
~ Create wedding day timeline
~ Facilitate wedding rehearsal (if needed)
~ Assist with wedding invitations and decorations, etc.
~ Coordinate all wedding ceremony details with vendors (music, flowers, photographer,. etc.)
~ Coordinate all reception details with vendors (cake, food, music, decor, placecard, favors, etc.)
~ There for the entire day of the wedding to execute event and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Additional Option - Coordinate honeymoon arrangements

Pick Your Own Setting (Partial Planning, A La Carte!)
$1,500 - $3,500

Depending on how much or how little you need, we can do any combination of the following:

~ Meet with couple to define your wedding theme, needs and vision
~ Unlimited email and phone communication
~ Assist in preparing budget
~ Accompany couple on vendor visits (limit 4)
~ Finalize and confirm all details of the wedding with vendors
~ Prepare wedding day floor plans for ceremony and reception
~ Inspect site to ensure ability to accommodate all wedding logistics
~ Create wedding day timeline
~ Facilitate wedding rehearsal (if needed)
~ Assist with save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and decorations, etc.
~ Coordinate all wedding ceremony details with vendors (music, flowers, photographer,. etc.)
~ Coordinate all reception details with vendors (cake, food, music, decor, placecard, favors, etc.)
~ There for the entire day of the wedding to execute event and ensure everything runs smoothly.

I Do Package (Day Of Wedding)
$500 - $750

~  Meet with the couple to gather key information about your wedding
~   Conduct a walk-through of your wedding site
~   Confirm with each vendor specific details
~   Work with vendors to set-up reception
~   Conduct the rehearsal
~   Set out guest book, place cards, favors, toasting goblets, etc.
~   Be present and available throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly
